Rwanda Gatatu comes from small family-owned farms in the Gisagara Region. The majority of Arabica in Rwanda is of the red bourbon varietal. USAID invested in infrastructure and training to support coffee producers after the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. Rwanda now has over 400k smallholder producers. Drip coffee maker or pourover through a paper filter is the best way to brew this coffee.
